Key Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and develop risk profiles for various areas of our business, including operations, finance, and legal.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Monitor and analyze potential risks, such as financial, operational, and legal, and provide recommendations to mitigate or eliminate them.
Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies.
Conduct regular risk audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and regulatory agencies.
Provide training and support to employees on risk management policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in Insurance.
Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) certification is preferred.
