Position: HR Recruiter

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team. As a HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your ability to effectively communicate, build relationships, and think critically will be essential in successfully filling key roles within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions within the company
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new role
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different departments
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proven ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
