Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our products by developing and executing product strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify new product opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product features and specifications
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and updates based on business and customer needs
• Set and track product KPIs, regularly reporting on product performance to stakeholders
• Manage the product development process, including defining requirements, overseeing design and development, and conducting user testing
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch plans
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential threats or opportunities for our products
• Make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize products based on feedback and analytics
• Train and educate internal teams on product features and updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and escalations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Experience with Agile methodology and product management tools
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
• Strong understanding of user experience and customer needs
