Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of education programs within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services to our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive education programs that align with the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess the educational needs of our target audience.
• Design and deliver educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions to meet the identified needs and goals.
• Create and maintain a curriculum that reflects best practices and current trends in education.
• Manage and oversee the budget for all education programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of education staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends, research, and developments in the field of education to continuously improve our programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational programs and increase awareness and participation.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing educational programs.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and educational software.
