Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage students in the learning process.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated and supported.
Use various resources, including technology, to enhance learning and facilitate student understanding of complex scientific concepts.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with other teachers and faculty members to develop interdisciplinary lessons and projects.
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress and any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on current educational practices and techniques.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other student data.
Ensure a safe and organized classroom environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field.
State teaching certification in Science or eligibility to obtain one.
Proven experience in teaching science at the middle or high school level.
Strong knowledge of science concepts and the ability to convey them to students in an engaging and understandable way.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and a desire to inspire students to learn and grow.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
Proficient in the use of technology in the classroom.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
