Position: Education Coordinator

Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of educational programs and initiatives within the organization. This includes developing curriculum, managing budgets, and coordinating with instructors and students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in education, and a passion for promoting learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with instructors to develop curriculum and course materials that meet educational standards and engage students.
• Manage the budget for educational programs, including allocating funds, tracking expenses, and reporting on financials.
• Coordinate with instructors to schedule classes, workshops, and other educational events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality instruction.
• Oversee student enrollment and registration processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote and market educational programs to potential students.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in educational policies, making necessary updates to program offerings and materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of students and instructors.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
