Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Data Science Head to lead our growing team of data scientists. As the Data Science Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to propel our company's growth. You will also oversee all data science projects and mentor a team of data scientists to ensure the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, to identify opportunities for using data to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and maintain a data science roadmap to drive the company's long-term data strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science tools and techniques and implement them into the company's data strategy.
• Oversee all data science projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Communicate data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of data science tools and techniques, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience working with large datasets and using SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
