Position: Furniture Customer Service Representative

Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented Furniture Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all of our clients. You will act as a liaison between our customers and various departments within our company, such as sales, delivery, and warehouse. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and overall experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, and assist them with their furniture needs
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Process sales transactions, including accepting payments and issuing receipts
• Schedule and coordinate furniture deliveries and installations with customers and delivery team
• Communicate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales reports
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a retail or furniture environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Knowledge of furniture products and interior design concepts is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required
