You will be responsible for analyzing and identifying educational needs, designing and implementing effective training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
• Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain accurate information and ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Implement various instructional strategies and techniques to facilitate learning, such as e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job training, etc.
• Develop and maintain training schedules and calendars, and ensure timely delivery of training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and other evaluation methods.
• Analyze training data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and development to continuously enhance the training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories, principles, and methods.
• Experience in designing and developing training programs for various delivery methods (e.g., classroom, online, blended).
• Proficient in using instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus.
