Position: E-Learning Curriculum Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Learning Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of online learning materials and courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective online learning materials and courses
• Review and revise existing online courses to ensure they are up-to-date and align with learning objectives
• Manage the development process, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all online learning materials to ensure they meet our standards and are error-free
• Coordinate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers to create interactive and visually appealing content
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning and implement new technologies and techniques when appropriate
• Work with learning management system (LMS) administrators to upload and organize course content
• Provide support and training to instructors and students on the use of the LMS and online learning materials
• Monitor and analyze feedback and data from students and instructors to continuously improve the online learning experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of online courses with overall organizational goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all online courses and materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and course development for online learning
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for education and continuous learning
