Position Title: E-Learning Instructor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Learning Instructor to join our dynamic team. As an E-Learning Instructor, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and facilitating engaging online courses for our diverse group of learners. Your expertise in instructional design and online teaching will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality virtual education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design interactive and engaging online courses that align with the learning objectives and target audience.
• Utilize various instructional methods, such as videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience.
• Deliver live virtual classes and webinars using a variety of synchronous and asynchronous tools.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and performance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure course content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the e-learning courses through evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the latest e-learning tools, technologies, and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning course development and facilitation.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience with virtual classroom technology, such as Zoom or Adobe Connect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for education and commitment to providing a positive learning experience for students.

Working Conditions:
