Position Title: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and impactful learning experiences that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Design and develop creative and interactive learning materials, such as eLearning courses, videos, simulations, and job aids
• Create storyboards and scripts for multimedia elements
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to ensure content is engaging and effective
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Develop assessments and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes
• Review and revise existing training materials to enhance their effectiveness
• Ensure all learning materials are accessible and comply with industry standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and incorporate them into learning materials
• Collaborate with training and development teams to implement new learning programs
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices
