About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Garment Technician to join our team. As a Garment Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all garments produced by our company. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that our garments meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all garments to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications
• Identify and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with production team to ensure timely delivery of garments
• Collaborate with design team to provide feedback on garment samples and make necessary adjustments for production
• Conduct fabric testing to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain accurate records of garment specifications and quality standards
• Train and supervise new garment technicians
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to improve garment quality and production processes
• Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues during production
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials for production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Garment Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and quality standards
• Proficient in using sewing machines and other garment production equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of fabric testing and quality control procedures
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
