Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, responding to inquiries and scheduling property tours
Conduct market research to determine rental rates and identify potential tenants for available properties
Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately reflected
Develop and maintain relationships with existing tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market and leasing trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and industry professionals
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding leasing targets
