Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hardware systems that meet the organization's requirements and standards.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as servers, workstations, routers, switches, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for hardware systems, including diagrams, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure hardware systems are properly integrated with network infrastructure and software applications.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging hardware technologies and trends.
• Assist in the procurement of hardware equipment and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best deals for the organization.
• Train and support users on hardware systems, including troubleshooting techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining hardware systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware components, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and peripherals.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and software applications is a plus.
