Position: Learning Facilitator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Learning Facilitator. As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and initiatives for our organization. You will work closely with various departments and teams to identify their learning needs and develop effective training solutions to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and activities, that align with learning objectives and engage learners
• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions in both classroom and virtual settings
• Implement various teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and metrics, such as learner satisfaction and effectiveness of training
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs
• Manage the logistics and coordination of training sessions, such as scheduling, room set-up, and materials preparation
• Provide coaching and support to learners to ensure their understanding and application of the training content
• Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding and orientation programs for new employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience in using various training delivery platforms and tools, such as virtual classrooms and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software and tools
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning is a plus
