Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis to senior management
Manage the company's financial planning and analysis, including identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and manage relationships with external tax advisors
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and decision-making
Partner with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business initiatives
Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards, and implement best practices as appropriate

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles
Experience managing and developing a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the Finance is a plus
