Job Title: Policy Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Policy Analyst to join our team. As a Policy Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and developing policy recommendations for our organization. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in policy analysis, preferably in a corporate or government setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of industry policies and regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
