• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary revisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of curriculum materials with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and educational technology.
• Experience in developing curriculum materials for various educational levels and subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using educational software and learning management systems.
• Knowledge of educational standards and regulations.
