Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the company's network and server systems.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Ensure network security and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of all systems.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the company's infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in infrastructure management.
Develop and maintain documentation for all network and server systems.
Provide technical support and assistance to other team members and end-users.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure services and products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of network and server systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualization.
Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies, such as AWS and VMware.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ITIL and experience with IT service management tools.
Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are preferred.
