Key Responsibilities:

Develop curriculum, instruction materials, and resources for educational programs based on instructional best practices, industry standards, and learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of curriculum and instructional materials with program goals and standards.
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in curriculum design and instruction, and integrate them into existing programs.
Use data and feedback to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of curriculum and instructional materials.
Provide professional development and training to teachers and staff on curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
Ensure compliance with state and national standards and regulations in the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and other innovative tools into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and presentations to showcase the curriculum to potential clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional design methodologies.
Experience in project management, including timeline management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using technology and instructional design software.
Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for education and a strong commitment to improving learning outcomes for students.
