Position: Education Program Coordinator

Location: Universal Reach City, Melbourne, Australia

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including educators, students, and community partners, to ensure the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives
• Collaborate with educators to design curriculum and lesson plans that meet educational standards and cater to the needs of diverse learners
• Liaise with community partners and secure resources to support program initiatives
• Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and staff members
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, including attendance, participant feedback, and program outcomes
• Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
• Coordinate logistics for program events, including scheduling, venue booking, and catering
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for program modifications as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and community organizations
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to inform program development and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, planning, and execution
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
