Position: Creative Arts Instructor

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and talented Creative Arts Instructor to join our team. As a Creative Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering creative arts programs to students of all ages. You will have the opportunity to inspire and encourage individuals to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate creative arts programs for students.
• Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with program objectives and learning outcomes.
• Teach various creative arts techniques, including but not limited to drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students to express themselves and develop their artistic abilities.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and coordinate special events and exhibitions.
• Keep track of student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and artwork.
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in the creative arts industry to enhance the program curriculum.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching creative arts to students of all ages.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in various creative arts techniques and mediums.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with students and helping them discover their artistic potential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to teach evening and weekend classes.
