Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fruit farming operations including planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
Develop and implement effective farming techniques to maximize yield and quality of fruit crops.
Monitor and analyze crop yields and soil conditions to make informed decisions on irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.

Maintain accurate records of farming activities, crop yields, and production costs.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of farming equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fruit farming operations.
