Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the success and effectiveness of our education programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision
• Collaborate with the education team to create engaging and interactive curriculum for various age groups and learning levels
• Plan and coordinate logistics for education programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns to assist with education programs
• Maintain strong relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to promote and expand the reach of our education programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement
• Develop and maintain program materials, including handouts, presentations, and marketing materials
• Stay updated on current educational trends and best practices to continually improve our programs
• Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts to support education programs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote education programs through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and press releases
• Attend and represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings related to education and youth development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of educational practices and principles
• Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with educational software and tools
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
