Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the leasing process, including advertising available properties, conducting property viewings, and screening potential tenants
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of rental properties
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct property inspections to ensure that properties are in good condition and comply with safety and health standards
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase rental income and occupancy rates
• Collect and process rental payments, monitor delinquent accounts, and take necessary action to collect outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions, including lease agreements and property maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in rental property management or related field
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
