Position: Virtual Learning Facilitator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Learning Facilitator to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging online learning experiences for our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and organizations achieve their learning goals by providing interactive and personalized virtual training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop virtual learning curriculum that aligns with the organization's learning objectives and meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including but not limited to, e-learning, webinars, virtual simulations, and interactive activities, to engage and motivate learners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content, and ensure accuracy and relevance of material.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide ongoing support to learners, including answering questions, providing feedback, and addressing technical issues.
• Monitor and track learner progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve virtual learning programs based on learner feedback and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in virtual learning, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in virtual learning facilitation, preferably in a corporate or professional development setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms, such as Zoom, Webex, and Adobe Connect.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with diverse groups of learners and adapting to various learning styles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other virtual learning tools.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) is a plus.
