Job Title: Beauty Consultant

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice to our clients. You will use your knowledge of beauty products and techniques to help our clients achieve their desired look and enhance their natural beauty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things beauty and a strong desire to help others look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate and recommend various beauty products and techniques to clients
• Educate clients on proper skincare and makeup application techniques
• Assist clients in selecting the right products for their skin type and desired look
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling beauty products and services
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking products and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a beauty consultant or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and haircare products and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in using makeup and skincare tools and equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
