Salary: EUR: €50,000 - €85,000 annually

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and materials for our organization. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments, that align with educational standards and meet the needs of our students.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure that our curriculum is integrated into daily lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Research and select educational resources, such as textbooks, online tools, and supplemental materials, to support our curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum through data analysis and student assessments.
• Lead professional development sessions for teachers to introduce new curriculum materials and provide ongoing support and training.
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices to continuously improve our curriculum.
• Work with administrators to manage the budget for curriculum materials and resources.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as technology and special education, to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of all students.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as universities and organizations, to develop partnerships and resources to enhance our curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in technology and familiar with educational software and tools.
