Position Title: Director of Education and Curriculum Development

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education and Curriculum Development to join our organization. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs and curriculum development efforts. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in education, curriculum development, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing curriculum at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive education and curriculum strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Lead a team of curriculum developers, instructional designers, and educators to create innovative and engaging curriculum materials for various educational programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our target audience.
• Oversee the development and implementation of assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of our curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational programs, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education, instructional design, and curriculum development to continuously improve our programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of our educational programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the education team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in budget planning and management for the education department.
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events related to education and curriculum development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in education and curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful curriculum at various levels.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
