Job Title: Farm Production Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Farm Production Coordinator to join our team. The Farm Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the farm production process, from planning and scheduling to monitoring and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a production plan, taking into account crop rotation, soil health, and market demand.
• Coordinate with the farm manager to ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule and budget.
