Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop software applications according to specifications provided by clients and stakeholders
Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans
Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and implementation process
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes and methodologies
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and efficiency
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
Document software development processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications on various platforms

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with software testing and debugging techniques
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of web development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
