Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a designated department, including inventory management, customer service, and team member performance.
Ensure that the department is fully stocked and well-organized, with products displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of products.
Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the department.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, addressing any performance issues or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to plan and execute promotional events and sales strategies to increase department sales.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or supermarket setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
