Position: Academic Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Academic Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our academic programs. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of our academic programs. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for education and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our academic programs
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and implement new academic programs and courses
• Ensure that academic programs are aligned with industry standards and meet all regulatory requirements
• Manage the budget for academic programs and ensure that resources are allocated effectively
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of faculty and staff for academic programs
• Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff in developing and delivering engaging and innovative curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of academic programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment processes for students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry partners and accrediting bodies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in academic program management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in academic program management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple academic programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations related to academic programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
