About the Role: As the Education Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's education programs. This includes developing and implementing educational strategies, managing program budgets, and ensuring that our programs are in line with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of educators and monitoring the overall success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of education programs with overall company strategy
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Identify and secure partnerships with schools, organizations, and other key stakeholders to enhance our education programs
• Oversee the recruitment and training of educators and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success
• Monitor the effectiveness of our education programs and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and education best practices to continuously enhance our programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and engagement with our programs
• Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and events to promote our education programs and represent the company in a professional manner
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and impact of our education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of education systems and best practices
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build relationships with external stakeholders
