Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program coordination. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs to ensure their success and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain educational program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess education needs and design appropriate programs to address them.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
• Monitor program activities and evaluate their effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand program reach and impact.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to program implementation and funding.
• Prepare and submit reports on program progress and outcomes to senior management and funders.
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices to continually improve program offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of program evaluation and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with budget management and grant writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
