Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supervising warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of effectively managing warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
• Train, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to improve performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring all safety regulations and protocols are followed.
• Resolve any customer or employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on warehouse operations and performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Experience with forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
