Job Overview: As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for our clothing collections. You will work closely with our design team to conceptualize and create designs that align with our brand's vision and appeal to our target audience. Your role will involve researching fashion trends, creating sketches, selecting fabrics, and overseeing the production process to ensure the final product meets our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research current fashion trends, colors, and fabrics to develop new and innovative designs
• Create sketches and design concepts that align with our brand's aesthetic and target audience
• Select appropriate fabrics and materials for each design
• Collaborate with the design team to review and refine designs
• Oversee the production process from concept to final product, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Attend fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and network with other designers
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of designs
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs
• Develop and maintain relationships with fabric suppliers and manufacturers
• Keep track of budget and production costs to ensure profitability
• Mentor and train junior designers and interns
• Continuously research and stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology and fashion techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs and styles
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction techniques
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
