Position: Junior Tester

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Tester, you will be responsible for conducting various tests on our software products to ensure their quality and functionality. Your primary goal will be to identify and report any issues or bugs within the software and work closely with the development team to resolve them in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand the product requirements and design test cases accordingly.
• Execute test cases and record the results, including any defects or issues found.
• Conduct manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the software.
• Identify and report bugs and track them until they are resolved.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.
• Keep track of software changes and updates and perform regression testing to ensure the existing features are not affected.
• Communicate test results and progress to the development team and project managers.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain a high level of software quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience with bug tracking and reporting systems.
• Solid knowledge of programming languages and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
