Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and retaining top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving our business forward through strategic recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit with our company values and culture.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
