About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our education programs. You will work closely with our team of educators, administrators, and community partners to ensure the success and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement innovative and effective education programs.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify the needs and trends in the education industry.
• Develop program objectives, curriculum, and materials that align with the organization's mission and vision.
• Coordinate and schedule program activities, such as workshops, seminars, and events.
• Communicate and collaborate with school districts, community organizations, and other partners to promote and expand the reach of our programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and manage program budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors to secure funding for programs.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and trends to ensure the organization's programs remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a program coordination or management role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing education programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of budget management and grant writing is a plus.
