Position: Education Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in education to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and relevant curriculum for different age groups and learning levels.
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and materials.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including teachers and volunteers.
• Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Plan and execute events and activities to engage students and promote program participation.
• Foster positive relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our programs and build partnerships.
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on program progress, outcomes, and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and program management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of current educational practices and trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of program development and successful implementation.
• Experience working with diverse populations and creating inclusive educational environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
