Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Education Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and materials for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive medical education initiatives that support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and materials for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive medical education initiatives
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the target audience
• Create engaging and interactive educational materials, including presentations, training modules, and e-learning courses
• Ensure all educational materials align with industry and regulatory standards
• Utilize various instructional methods and techniques to deliver effective and engaging educational programs
• Organize and facilitate medical education events, such as conferences, workshops, and webinars
• Evaluate the effectiveness of medical education initiatives through the use of surveys, assessments, and feedback from participants
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in medical education and incorporate them into program development
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational materials
• Manage budgets and resources for medical education initiatives
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, professional associations, and educational institutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, healthcare, or life sciences
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical education, instructional design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools
• Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards for medical education programs
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience organizing and facilitating educational events and workshops
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
