Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Systems Officer to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of all data systems, including databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Design, build, and maintain databases and data models to support business needs.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any data quality issues.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of database management principles and SQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
