Job Description:

• As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service by accurately and efficiently processing various financial transactions for our clients. You will serve as the face of our bank, interacting with customers on a daily basis and ensuring their banking needs are met. Your main responsibilities will include: - Processing cash and non-cash transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Assisting customers with account inquiries, providing information on bank products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
• Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records of transactions
• Adhering to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers
• Assisting with daily branch operations and performing other duties as assigned by the branch manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in finance or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cash handling role, preferably in a banking environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
• Proficient in basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
