Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to our company and then to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
• Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Research and identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain activities, including inventory levels, delivery times, and cost savings
• Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
• Continuously monitor market trends and changes in supply chain best practices to implement improvements and stay ahead of competitors
• Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure their professional development and growth within the company

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
