Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular audits of our databases to identify any potential compliance issues
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our databases are designed and maintained in compliance with all regulations
Create and execute test plans to ensure that our databases are functioning in accordance with compliance requirements
Identify and report any compliance gaps or issues and work with the appropriate teams to develop and implement solutions
Stay up-to-date with any changes in regulations and industry standards and ensure that our databases are updated accordingly
Provide training and support to other team members to promote a culture of compliance within the organization
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
Document and maintain all compliance testing procedures and results
Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in database testing or compliance
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
Strong understanding of database design and architecture
Experience creating and executing test plans
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
