Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum and instructional materials that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and define learning objectives, content, and assessment strategies for various training programs
• Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, interactive activities, and multimedia resources
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Conduct research and stay current on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all training materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to company standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate training needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of different learner populations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and deliverables
• Continuously improve and update existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training programs
• Participate in the evaluation of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with LMS administrators to ensure all training materials are uploaded and accessible to learners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, curriculum development, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using authoring tools and multimedia software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Experience in developing e-learning and blended learning programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all training materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative learning solutions
• Knowledge of learning management systems and experience in uploading and managing training materials is a plus
