Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery within our facility. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of all equipment and machinery to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with equipment and machinery.
• Make necessary repairs to equipment and machinery, either independently or with the assistance of other team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including completed tasks, repairs made, and parts used.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
• Coordinate with other team members to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use maintenance management software.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
