Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and advise students, providing guidance on academic and career goals, as well as assisting them in their research projects and internships.
• Serve on various committees and actively participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives, such as curriculum development, accreditation processes, and faculty recruitment.
• Stay updated on current trends, developments, and best practices in the field of education, and incorporate them into teaching and research activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Education or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably at the Associate Professor level.
• A strong record of scholarly research, publications, and presentations in the field of education.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
